Rule 1: The ‘Live Photo’ System (No Old Photos Allowed)
You can no longer upload an old studio photo. The board has introduced a Live Webcam Photo system. While filling out the form, your device’s camera will turn on.
- You will get a 5-second timer on the screen.
- You must blink your eyes 2-3 times while clicking the photo to prove you are a live human being.
